Ukrainians Forced to Watch Openly Homosexual Movies in Prime Time
One of Ukraine's most popular and influential television channels, 1+1, recently showed the film "Brokeback Mountain" at ten o'clock on a Sunday evening, a slot considered as prime time by Ukrainian viewers, Christian Telegraph reports. The film presents a graphic sexual relationship between two cowboys as a romantic and touching love story.
One Ukrainian viewer described her family's upsetting experience with the program. "My kids and I were going to watch a nice Sunday movie," she wrote on the Invictory Christian portal, "and, of course, the boys got interested in the movie with cowboys. But when, completely unexpectedly, two men began kissing, taking off their clothes and having sex – and all that was shown at half past ten in the evening, when most kids are not in bed yet – I was literally shocked! I had to quickly turn off the TV and explain to my kids what just had happened. Even though I liked this channel before, I will never watch it again."
