Belarus offiacials continue illigal actions against the church

On September, 28th about 16 o'clock in the afternoon the man of approximately 30 years old came up to the New Life church building. On a doorbell the employee of the press-service of church Inna Davydovich opened the door, reports New Life church Information Center.

«I’m the judicial executor. Where’s Goncharenko? » – the visitor asked. The answer that the pastor was not here, and the explanation, on what days and during what time he is in, the visitor was not satisfied. At this time the man of church Alexander Kirsanov helping at this time about the house approached to an entrance door.

On his offer to talk on a porch there was rough push the result of which the elderly man literally flew into the building and after him the uninvited visitor also rushed. With the same push the blow was struck to I.Davydovich.

Not naming the surname and not having shown any documents, the stranger began to demand in the rough form from the present people to show documents and to explain, what they were doing in a building. On the requirement of present people he unwillingly got the business card which was given out addressed to Hodnevich Paul Viktorovich, the senior judicial executor of court of the Moscow area.

On A.Kirsanova's numerous questions on the visit purpose the judicial executor, eventually informed that the pastor S.Goncharenko should be in court on September, 30th. On a question, whether there is a subpoena at the judicial executor, the answer didn’t follow.

The lawyer of church Sergey Lukanin said concerning this incident: «Actions of the official government are absolutely illegal, as they don’t invite to the court in such a way. The judicial executor did not find time to take the subpoena with him at all for transferring to a bishop, let alone his shocking way to enter a church building. It’s difficult to imagine, that the similar situation would be possible in an orthodox temple».

The decision was made to write the complaint in the Ministry of Justice with the requirement that the court of the Moscow area has brought an official apology to New Life church for illegal actions of the employee. In case of absence of reaction the reference in Office of Public Prosecutor with the requirement to excite criminal case for excess of official powers is possible.
