Singer-songwriter Scott Zacaroli releases "Every Choice"
According to press release of Press Kitchen, Christian singer-songwriter Scott Zacaroli has released a new song, “Every Choice,” an uplifting song that reminds listeners that their lives are under their control and a result of every choice they make.
Cut by Northern Lights editor George Carty, the video opens with stunning views of New York City, including landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Central Park and the iconic NYC skyline. Throughout the video, Carty artfully intersperses images of the Big Apple’s poor and homeless sleeping on park benches and other awnings and being confronted by police. He then overlays these destitute images against religious symbols of hope, including the Virgin Mary, stained glass windows and pages of the Bible.
Zacaroli sings “My television tells me everything that I should be // it’s a culture of obsession of some new celebrity.” To illustrate Zacaroli’s stance on the negative impact celebrity culture and pervasive media are having on our lives, we see footage of the excess of New York City from the Wall Street stock ticker to the blindingly bright LCD billboards in Times Square. But throughout it all, Zacaroli’s message of priorities, choices and the Word of God is evident.
I think that this music video would be a great addition to the Christian Telegraph’s music/entertainment section. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you would like any more information or high-resolution images.
