The Global Leadership Summit will be hold in Minsk on December 5 to 6. Its main purpose is to increase the ability to lead. The organizer of the Global Leadership Summit is the Association of Willow Creek, a non-profit Christian organization founded in 1992. It encourages local churches to identify and realize their potential, to show the world the transforming power of Jesus Christ. The Willow Creek Association includes about 7,000 churches. They represent more than 90 denominations. During the year, more than 18,000 churches are taking part in various kinds of training, using the resources of the Association.
