Spanish pro-abortion politician ‘not welcome’ in Paraguay
Over eight thousand Paraguayans have joined themselves to a Facebook page with a simple message: Spain’s pro-abortion “Secretary of Equality” isn’t welcome in their country, reports LifeSiteNews.com.
Bibiana Aido is currently in Paraguay leading the Spanish delegation to the Iberoamerican Conference on Gender, which began on Wednesday. However, thousands of Paraguayans think the country would be better off without her presence, and tens of thousands more have been invited to add their endorsement to the page.
The page quotes one of Aido’s most infamous statements, which she made in 2009: “For me, a fetus, of thirteen weeks, is a living being, clearly, but we cannot speak of a human being because there’s no scientific basis.”
