Rick Renner named one of most influential Christian leaders of 2007

InVictory Magazine and the Christian Telegraph have named Rick Renner one of the "Most Influential Christian Leaders of 2007," reports Rick Renner Ministries. Joyce Meyer, Kenneth Copeland, Sunday Adelaja, Pat Robertson, and Franklin Graham were also among the leaders chosen for their influence on Russian-speaking Christians worldwide. InVictory magazine is the leading Christian magazine in the Russian-speaking world, and the Christian Telegraph is a very influential Christian news service.

"In our opinion, each one of these ministers made noteworthy accomplishments during the past year, exerting maximum effort to widen and strengthen Christian influence," said Sergey Sergienko, chief editor of InVictory. Sergei Sergienko himself came to the one-year anniversary of the Kiev Good News Church to present Rick with a plaque commemorating this award. He noted that Rick Renner was unique in that he pastors churches in both Russia and Ukraine, as well as reaching a television audience throughout the former Soviet Union.

Reflecting on this honor, Rick remarked, "I am so grateful for the influence God has given me in this part of the world. I praise the Lord for this and wanted to share it with you." It is a great blessing to see God's hand on this ministry, and a great testimony of His favor on our work.
