Pastor in Belarus is forced to knock his house down
Today the Pastor Slava Goncharenko received an order from the Central district of Minsk city Administration to knock his house down till March 18, 2008, reports New Life church press centre.
This order was signed by the Deputy Executive of the district Administration Dmitry Novitski.
The reason the official reclaims such decision taking – unauthorized building of the house. Moreover the order points that if Slava Goncharenko does not execute this warrant the question of his house knock off will be considered on the Central district of Minsk city committee.
The Pastor’s house was built in 2000 in accordance with the Frunzenski district executive committee permission. But after the Repina street was passed to Central district jurisdiction, the administration started to claim the permission to build the house was unlawful. As a result of Central district Administration denial Slava Goncharenko appealed to a court which is to take place on March 31, 2008.
It is observed, that exactly D. Novitski prevented title documents procurement on the Pastor’s house from the moment the house passed to Central district jurisdiction.
«An absurd warrant of the impudent official, – Slava Goncharenko comments. – We have official documents authorizing this house building, and I intend to fight for my right in court».
Notable, that for a short period of time the Slava Goncharenko family was exposed to different kinds of inspections. Thus, in February of this year the Pastor and his wife received warrants from tax departments of two districts obligating to file income and property declarations. A month later the city governance wants to deprive large family of housing.
