Women's conference was held in Belarussian church

«The breath of spring» – this was the title of the women conference that took place in the New Life church’s building on March, 1. It was organized by the joint efforts of women-ministers from the Full-Gospel Christians Union and the United Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith, reports New Life church press centre.

The slogan of the conference was: «The world became more beautiful when you were born».

More than 400 women from different parts of Belarus came to the conference. The organizers made efforts to make it a real spring holiday for the participants. Everything was favoring it: the gallantry of the men serving at the conference, tasty dinner, flower compositions decorating the hall, and the fashion show.

The speakers of the conference were Irina Goncharenko, pastor of Minsk’s «New Life» church and Larisa Kernozhitskaya, pastor of «God’s church», Minsk.

Bella Chernoglaz, pastor of the «Church of Jesus Christ», Minsk said the word of greeting: «The beautiful part of mankind has gathered here. Each woman here is unique and dearly loved by God. Our life has meaning if we trust God and understand that He accepts us the way we are».

There were also guests from Ukraine - women-ministers from «Emmanuel» church in Kiev. They shared their testimonies of what God had made in their lives: He had restored their families, had given new breath to the relationships with their husbands.

Women of different ages, social statuses and denominations gathered at the conference. But everyone noted that they received answers to their life questions. Alexandra from Minsk’s Baptist church «New Land» shared her impressions: «I am very glad that I came here. The subjects raised at the conference touch the problems I have to face having 5 children. Praise God for everyone who prepared this holiday for us!»

During the break between the sermons there was a fashion show of the Belarusian designers Angelica Paprotskaya and Andrei Vitko. The stylists presented the collection of clothes that was already given a high evaluation by secular public. Christian women liked the clothes too. The audience noted the novelty and uncommonness of the collection.

During the conference there was organized a lottery of presents. Women having many children, women expecting babies, guests from most distant places, those who had birthdays and others were given souvenirs.
